5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled or modified only before they are shipped. Once shipped, no cancellation is possible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically shipped within 4–6 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be mentioned clearly at the time of checkout.

7. Exchange & Return Policy

  • Sedulux offers a 15-day exchange warranty.

  • If the size issue is due to customer error, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • If the error is on our part (wrong size/item), exchange is free of cost including shipping.

  • Refunds are not available. Only exchange is offered.
